COSSS swimmers from Senior Elite and AGN squads competed against swimmers from over 30 other clubs from the two regions. At the end of the weekend COSSS swimmers had secured 20 medals and many other final places and finished 2nd and 4th in the males and female medal tables respectively, and finished 3rd in the top club competition.
As well as winning both the 100 and 200 fly, Izzy Grant (14) also beat the club record for the 200 fly - a fantastic effort!
